Star trailer product is ideal for operation of 45, 40, 20 Ft. and twin-lift 20 Ft contoiner . The unique suspension design can significantly reduce the abnormal wear of the tire caused by the change of axle alignment of the trailer.
User-friendly design, giving clear indication of the container loading position to crane operators and drivers, avoiding the risk of damages caused by incorrect positioning of container and improving operation efficiency

Material
High tensile steel with 550MPa yield strength is used for the fabricated H-beam and main structural parts.
Frame
☆ Main Beams: Fabricated H-beam 520mmx150mm. with 16mm thickness flange and
8mm web plate.
☆ Cross Members:8mm thick x 60mm wide x 120mm height formed channel
as support of the liquid tank. The container corner casting position 200 x 75
hot rolled channel bolster is used at two ends...
☆ Side guide :The liquid tank is surrounded with 400mm high container guide. At top
of the container guide it opens a 30° sloped angle to assists easy positioning of container. All side guides are reinforced by 10mm. Web plate at the back, and at the position
that may be in contact with the container corner casting a 6 mm. backplate is installed
for reinforcement.
☆ Bottom Side rail: Hot-rolled steel channel, 200mm height and 73mm width.
☆ Liquid tank lining: 3mm stainless steel (SUS304)covering the entire interior of the
liquid tank, 6mm. backplate is installed for reinforcement.
☆ Rear bumper: 6mm thick x 70mm wide x 200mm height channel type bumper with
Heavy-duty vertical channel type supports.
☆ Side guard: Welded type side guard made of 100 x 50x 3 rectangular tube.

Coating

cross pipes of suspension, shall be sprayed with zinc rich primer before fabricating.
The interior of liquid tank is not coated to minimize chemical effect with the content of
the container.
